This unit is setting and installing one condenser fan motor on an outdoor condensing unit. The HVAC technician mounts the motor, connects leads at the unit, and leaves the fan ready for startup. The rate is per each motor set. The outdoor condenser cabinet, refrigerant work, electrical feeder beyond the unit lead, and ongoing service or maintenance calls are separate units.
