This unit is installing one square foot of closed-cell elastomeric liner on an internal duct surface. The HVAC technician cuts and fits the flexible sheet, bonds it with the specified adhesive, seals the seams, and leaves the surface ready for duct closure. The rate is per square foot of internal elastomeric duct liner; external fiberglass wrap, acoustic fiberglass liner, and rectangular duct silencers are separate units.
