This unit is installing one linear foot of EPDM seam tape at a factory or field seam. The roofer cleans the splice, applies primer as required, and sets the seam tape for a continuous bond. The rate is per linear foot of seam. Full-field EPDM membrane, flashings, and ballast are separate units.
