This unit is installing one roof-mounted exhaust fan on a commercial curb. The HVAC technician sets the fan, seals to the curb, and leaves it ready for power. The rate is per each roof exhaust fan. Ceiling fans, inline fans, separate curb sets, and crane premiums are separate units.
