This unit is setting one fire damper in a commercial duct penetration. The HVAC technician installs the damper in the sleeve, secures retaining angles, and leaves it ready for inspection. The rate is per each fire damper. Combination fire/smoke dampers, volume dampers, and listed firestop systems beyond the damper set are separate units.
