What’s in this rate
This unit is applying one linear foot of fluid-applied liquid flashing at a roof penetration or transition detail. The roofer preps the substrate, applies fabric if required, and builds the liquid flash coat to a continuous seal. The rate is per linear foot of detail. Full membrane field, pipe boots, and metal flashings are separate units.
