This unit is installing one square foot of glue-down luxury vinyl tile on a prepared floor. The carpenter or floor setter lays out the field, spreads adhesive, sets the tile, and rolls it. The rate is per square foot. VCT, carpet tile, wall base, and floor prep are separate units.
