This unit is installing one steel reducing washer that steps a 1-inch knockout down to accept a 3/4-inch fitting. The electrician seats the washer on the KO and lands the fitting/locknut through it. The rate is per washer. The 3/4-inch connector, hub, or locknut, and the enclosure, are separate units.
