What’s in this rate

This unit is setting one packaged rooftop unit onto a prepared curb. The HVAC technician places and levels the unit on the curb, connects duct collars, and leaves it ready for power, gas, and controls. The rate is per each RTU set. Curb fabrication and set, crane lift premiums, electrical power, gas piping, and roofing flash beyond the curb seal share are separate units.
