What’s in this rate

This unit is installing one roofing square of SBS modified-bitumen base sheet on a prepared deck or insulation. The roofer rolls out the base ply, sets laps, and seats the sheet ready for a separate cap sheet. The rate is per square (100 SF). Cap sheet, insulation, tear-off, and flashings are separate units.
