This unit is installing one linear foot of torch-applied modified-bitumen flashing at a wall, curb, or detail. The roofer preps the substrate, torches the flashing ply, and seals edges ready for field membrane tie-in. The rate is per linear foot. Field membrane, cold-process flash, and metal counterflashing are separate units.
