This unit is removing existing floor adhesive or mastic from one square foot of substrate. The crew scrapes and cleans residue ready for new prep or finish. The rate is per square foot of cleaned floor. Mechanical grind, shotblast, finish flooring, and specialty hazardous abatement are separate units.
