This unit is mechanically grinding and profiling one square foot of concrete floor before a finish or coating. The crew grinds, vacuums, and leaves a profiled surface. The rate is per square foot of ground floor. Shotblast prep, adhesive removal, moisture mitigation, and finish flooring are separate units.
