This unit is applying a hard steel-trowel finish to one square foot of commercial flatwork. The concrete finisher power-trowels and hand-finishes the surface to a dense steel-trowel face. The rate is per square foot of finished face. Broom finish, place-and-finish slab, and sealer are separate units.
