This unit is placing one square foot of 15-mil under-slab vapor barrier for commercial slab-on-grade. The cement mason rolls the 15-mil membrane, laps seams, and tapes penetrations ready for reinforcement and pour. The rate is per square foot of covered subgrade. Standard vapor barrier, concrete place, and base course are separate units.
