This unit is setting one dynamic fire damper in a duct or opening. The HVAC technician installs the damper with its sleeve or frame share, checks blade travel and leaves the assembly ready for inspection. The rate is per each dynamic fire damper. Static fire dampers, smoke dampers, combination dampers, and controls beyond the damper lead are separate units.
