This SF unit installs structural raised-access floor panels with pedestal and stringer understructure on a prepared slab; the crew sets pedestals, places stringers, installs panels, and levels the field. It is a raised-floor structural panel system. Moisture, crack-isolation, acoustic, cork, plywood, cement-board, and self-leveling membrane or underlayment systems stay on their own units. Carpet-tile finish over the access floor and underfloor cabling are separate units.
