What’s in this rate
This unit is installing one TPO-faced overflow scupper through an existing parapet opening. The crew sets the sleeve, secures it, and heat-welds the compatible flange into the roof membrane. The rate is per scupper. New wall openings, conductor heads, downspouts, interior drains, and broad wall repair are separate units. The rate needs an existing parapet opening. Cutting and rebuilding a parapet is different work and is priced separately.
