What’s in this rate

This unit is installing aluminum termination bar at a wall or curb base. The crew aligns the prepunched bar, drills and anchors it at six inches on center, and applies a continuous termination sealant bead. The rate is per linear foot. Membrane base flashing and substrate repair are separate units. Anchor type has to match the substrate, and membrane contact needs a compatible sealant detail.
