What’s in this rate

This unit is installing 60-mil reinforced white TPO as a fully adhered field sheet. The crew lays out the membrane, applies bonding adhesive to the approved substrate and sheet, rolls the membrane into the adhesive, and heat-welds the laps. The rate is per square (100 square feet). Insulation, cover board, flashing, edge metal, penetrations, and tear-off are separate units. Porous substrates and low temperatures reduce adhesive coverage, which changes the material side of this rate.
