This unit is installing 60-mil reinforced black EPDM as a mechanically attached field membrane. The crew rolls the sheet, secures the field attachment, primes and tapes membrane seams, and rolls the laps. The rate is per square (100 square feet of finished field). Insulation, cover board, perimeter flashing, penetrations, and tear-off are separate units. Seam preparation and field attachment follow the membrane system requirements for the specified product, which can change the rate.
