This unit is installing 60-mil reinforced TPO as a mechanically attached field sheet. The crew rolls the membrane, sets plates in the side lap, drives fasteners into the deck, and heat-welds the seam. The rate is per square (100 square feet of finished field). Insulation, cover board, flashing, edge metal, drains, and walkway pad are separate units.
