This unit is flashing one typical rooftop HVAC curb into a TPO roof. The crew fits four prefabricated TPO curb-wrap corners, heat-welds the base flanges to the field membrane, and closes the corner and top transitions. The rate is per curb. HVAC equipment, curb fabrication, adapter curbs, crickets, field membrane, and mechanical connections are separate items. This uses prefabricated corners on a curb up to 36 by 36 inches. Larger curbs are a different takeoff.
