This unit is installing a self-adhered air and vapor barrier over a prepared commercial roof deck. The crew aligns the sheets, removes release film, rolls the membrane, and seals standard laps. The rate is per square (100 square feet). Deck repair, primer where required, insulation, cover board, and roof membrane are separate units. Substrate primer and complex penetrations sit outside this rate and can raise the installed cost.
