This unit is installing a purchased roof hatch cover assembly on an existing curb and flashing the curb into a TPO roof. The crew sets and secures the cover, applies TPO curb flashing, forms the corners, and installs simple metal counterflashing. The rate is per hatch. The hatch unit, curb fabrication, deck opening, framing, ladder, railing, and structural work are separate items. The counterflashing in this rate is a simple 26-gauge allowance. Made-to-size profiles are priced against the actual detail.
