TPO expansion joint cover

What’s in this rate

This unit is installing a factory-made TPO-faced expansion joint cover in a straight roof-to-roof run. The crew aligns the cover over the prepared joint, fastens or positions the assembly as specified, and heat-welds the TPO flanges to the field membrane. The rate is per linear foot. Curbs, transitions, factory intersections, structural joint work, and insulation are separate items. The rate covers the straight run only. Factory intersections and wide or seismic bellows are priced separately.
